I LUCRIS (Lund University Current Reasearch Information System) lägger du in information om dig som forskare, dina projekt, publikationer och aktiviteter.De är sökbara i Forskningsportalen som presenterar hela universitetets forskning. This information can be seen by colleagues both within and outside the university, as well as by the media and the interested public. It is also possible LUCRIS is Lund University’s research information system, where you are able to enter information about yourself, your research group, projects, publications and activities. I Forskningsportalen, som är det publika gränssnittet för LUCRIS, presenteras vetenskapliga publikationer (som i LUCRIS kallas forskningsoutput), information om enskilda forskare, grupper och projekt och andra forskningsrelaterade aktiviteter. LUCRIS is Lund university's research information system. The Research Portal is the external interface of LUCRIS, with the purpose to give external visitors a picture of what research is conduced here at LU. Lund University’s research output, for example articles, doctoral theses, conference papers, and reports, are collected in the LUCRIS research information system. In many cases, researchers can make their work freely accessible in full text. Reviewed and validated research output is public and visible in Lund University research portal. LUCRIS LUCRIS is a research information system with the purpose to enable registration of research information and to compile the collective research of individual researchers, research teams and Lund University as a whole.

The connection ORCID – LUCAT and LUCRIS – ORCID is something that you as a researcher switch on. It is optional.

Det som registreras i LUCRIS visas i den publika Forskningsportalen portal.research.lu.se. LUCRIS is a Current Research Information System for research information that aims to collect and visualize different aspects of a researcher's work. By linking scholarly activities, within academia and in relation to the so called third task, with the researchers, the projects and the publications, LU will have a database that provides rich information about the research conducted. Financiers and donors: LUCRIS allows you to send links when reporting – to research financiers for example – that highlight the various forms of output a certain contract has generated. Media: a clear and updated profile in LU’s research database makes it easier for the media to find the right person at LU. LUCRIS innehåller även annan forskningsinformation, som information om forskare, grupper, projekt och forskningsrelaterade aktiviteter inom till exempel samverkan.
